A creative renovation to this contemporary in Sherman, CT gave a family of five the room they needed to live together comfortably.

To increase the living space, we expanded a cramped area into a great room perfect for lakeside entertaining.

Leaving an existing hot tub room beneath the family room, we renovated the basement, replaced the heating and cooling systems, and added new decks to this contemporary A-frame.
