Projected home office difficulties revealed surprise benefits for a lake home in Sherman. Town setbacks, lake proximity and ledge presented a challenging backdrop to this planned addition.

Lara and Dan were sure they needed more room for their growing family and were very interested in boat storage. Adding on to their lake front property presented zoning issues.

No surprises! Advance 3D-modeling presented a wonderful solution not originally in the cards. A free-standing building, incorporating office, pool table, boat and garage, freed up essential living/playing space in the home.
