House decay, drafts, power outages, frozen and broken pipes, and an outdated kitchen and bathroom called for drastic measures in Millbrook, NY.

We used 3-d renderings to consider relocating the house to a nearby field, but ultimately decided to leave the house where it was and do a complete renovation that would maintain the historic character of the home while bringing in comfort and light.

We also added stonewalls, paths, stairs, and terraces to extend the living space to the outdoors.
