Historic Renovation

A complete restoration of this historic home in Pawling, NY brought classic details into alignment with the original architecture.

These second homeowners chose us because they wanted someone they could trust to appropriately design and manage the project while they were overseas and traveling.

We completely renovated the house, adding a library, a front entry, and a sun room with a brick floor with radiant heat.

Following the main house, we then restored the barn and added a pergola off the kitchen.
