Family Room Addition

Snowbirds forced to spend the winter in Bedford, New York, decided to add a bright family room with vaulted ceilings.

These homeowners are both golf pros used to spending their winters in Florida.

Because their son was about to become a full-time student they would not be going south for the winter and wanted to make their dark, cramped home more comfortable.

By using a creative layout and design, and accessing new spaces, we were able to build a one level addition with loads of natural light onto this multi-level house.
