With some major renovations to this Sherman, CT home, we gave these clients large open spaces while retaining some of the architectural details they love.

This Dutch colonial needed more breathing room for our clients; a couple that likes to entertain and have their grandchildren visit.

We renovated the foyer and extended the living room to include a fireplace with built-in cabinetry that hides a TV.

The second floor of the new addition included an office and bedroom. We tied the neoclassical details of the foyer into the woodwork of the fireplace cabinetry.
