New Construction

A new home, carriage house, pool house, and outdoor living space were built from scratch on a windy hilltop with drainage issues in Pawling, NY.

This beautifully designed home (designed by Amie Rennolds) used many contemporary materials and gave us the opportunity for some creative craftsmanship to deal with wind and water issues.

The main house is a 5 bedroom, 4-½ bath home including a library with a 23-foot peaked ceiling, a cantilevered staircase to a tower, and a wine cellar.

The carriage house and pool complex include a wine cellar, guest quarters, an arbor and terrace.
